We operate warehousing and distribution for a number of fashion websites from our warehouse and head office in Northwich, Cheshire.
Our day-to-day operations involve receiving large deliveries from a significant number of high-end fashion brands, processing stock, picking and shipping orders direct to consumer and also to wholesale customers around the world.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to assist our Head of Logistics based in our office in Northwich. Being part of a small, busy team, you will be super organised, efficient and have a pro-active outlook.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and transactions.
2. Handle Paperwork: Be the go-to person for organizing and managing warehouse paperwork.
3. Tech Support: Use our systems to make things run smoother and more efficiently.
4. Collaboration: Work with different teams to coordinate and streamline warehouse activities.
5. Problem-Solving: When things don't go as planned, identify and address issues promptly.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Some background in warehouse admin or a related area is a plus.
2. Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic computer programs and willing to learn new tools. Full training on all systems will be given.
3. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The role is full time 38 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-3pm.
Pay: Up to £22,606 pa
