AThird Level HR Qualification or a comparable certification isrequired
Additionally we arelooking for candidates with at least 35 years plus of handsongeneralist experience in the field of HR ideally within a similarfood production/manufacturing high volumeenvironment.
Pleasenote this is a fully site based role (MondayFriday) 37.5 hours perweek. We are also open to the option of a 30 hour week over 5days.
Flexible working isavailable with hours between 6am4pm eachday.

Responsibilities
Inalignment with the Group People Strategy your mission is to designand execute a site HR strategy that empowers the management team toachieve their businessgoals.
Provide a comprehensive HRservice that ensures an exceptional employee experience throughoutthe entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and on boarding toengagement development andrecognition.
Implement Grouppolicies and procedures while adhering to industry bestpractices.
Become an advocate forEnhancing Performance at the site collaborating closely with themanagement team to foster a culture of high performance and talentdevelopment.
Lead the trainingfunction to meet all training and development requirementscustomising training plans to enhance the capabilities skills andperformance of our workforce.
Actas an integral member of the Group HR team contributing to thecontinuous development and implementation of peoplefocusedinitiatives.
Support the sitemanagement team on strategic workforce planning. This involvesidentifying current risks and opportunities understanding futureskills requirements and designing solutions to achieveorganisational goals.
Mentor anddevelop the site management team empowering them with exceptionalpeople management skills that drive productivity engagement andinclusivity.
Lead the site HR teamto provide a bestinclass HR service that encourages development andprogression within thedepartment.
Deliver timely andinsightful people metrics to the site management team to enhancecommunication gain valuable insights and driveperformance.

HR Manager
