Our client is looking for a confident and adaptable trainer to join their team for a short-term contract. The role involves learning the internal system from both a technical and user perspective and then training other team members on the system!
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly learn and understand the new system.
Train Management and other staff members on how to use the system effectively
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and answer queries during the roll-out periodRequirements:
Experience in training users on new systems or software.
Ability to grasp technical systems and translate them into user-friendly guidance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
