We are now looking for a dynamic and skilled Business Solutions Trainer to join our team and help drive our mission forward. The role As a Business Solutions Trainer at SCPHA, you will be essential in ensuring that both our staff and external customers are equipped to use the technological platforms developed in-house. You will design and deliver high-quality training on various business software and solutions, supporting business performance and maximising the potential of our digital tools. You will also support the Lead Business Solutions Trainer in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. The role involves delivering and organising training for Port Health staff and external stakeholders, focusing on in-house technological platforms and digital tools, including designing training packages, creating digital content, and managing online and in-person sessions. Key duties also involve managing system documentation, maintaining training records, and evaluating session effectiveness to drive improvements. In addition, you will support local schools, colleges, the community and external stakeholders in raising awareness about Port Health, educating them on the services we provide, and promoting the positive impact of our work. This will involve participating in exhibitions and events such as the Suffolk Show to showcase our Port Health services, supporting future talent, and enhancing public understanding. What you will need: Proven experience in delivering business software and solutions training. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and content management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences. Experience in designing training packages and materials. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust delivery methods accordingly. Proficiency in release management and system documentation. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including technical trainers, analysts, and management. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in training methods.
