Job Description
JSP specialises in providing case management services for people who have suffered brain injuries or have other debilitating disabilities. We currently provide services throughout the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland. JSP Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).\n\nWe are seeking a Dutch speaking individual who can provide companionship to a man with physical disabilities and a brain injury in his own home.\n\nWhat you'll be working:\n\nApprox.
2 hours per week \n\nSalary: £14 per hour (weekdays); £15 per hour (weekends)\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nYou must be enthusiastic, proactive and be able to communicate in the desired language to initiate and support discussion and explore of topics of interests. \n\nThe ability to establish a positive rapport with the client is required and is focussed on befriending support to promote wellbeing. There is a full support team in place and this role will be separate to existing carer support.
However, you will need to be understanding of his needs and routines. \n\nThe day and times of support can be negotiated and there may be opportunity for the role to develop to include support in community.
