Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.

Position Summary: The Director of Institutional Research & Analytics will lead the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics (OIRA), providing institutional data analysis and reporting to support Harvard's leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the development and execution of strategic analytics projects.
* Manage the Institutional Research and Strategic Analytics teams.
* Work with stakeholders on research, survey, and analytics consulting projects.
* Oversee the reporting function of OIRA.
* Lead discovery and scoping efforts on new analytics consulting projects.
* Collaborate with the Associate Provost on accreditation coordination.
* Promote data literacy and community building across the University.
Basic Qualifications:
* Master's degree or equivalent.
* 8+ years of experience in data analytics and/or institutional research leadership.
Additional Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of data management and communication strategies.
* Experience managing consulting projects.
* Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
* Proven ability to communicate complex findings effectively.
