\nTHE ROLE:
\nThe successful candidate will work across both public and private sector matters, taking responsibility for delivering large-scale projects, managing commercial contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing client support. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in high-quality transactions, including drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, advising a broad range of clients, delivering training sessions and presentations, and supporting other teams with due diligence and related commercial matters.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nApplications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and a strong track record in high-quality commercial work across the public and/or private sectors. Experience should include services and supply contracts, as well as manufacturing, distribution, and technology agreements. The ideal candidate will be confident and personable, with strong technical skills and sound commercial awareness. Experience in telecoms, data protection, public procurement, and subsidy control would be highly advantageous.
