This rare opportunity is one not to be missed; they are looking for a dynamic, client-focused General Store Manager to head up the flagship location where you will be at the sharp end of our client's retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong luxury or premium background, excellent clientelling/CRM focus, and be used to managing a larger team.
Roles and Responsibilities as a General Store Manager
As the Store Manager of the high-profile flagship, you will be part of the senior area leadership team and will work on a series of national and local events and meetings. You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales and build lasting loyalty to the Brand.
1. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
2. Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
3. Operationally, manage an efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
4. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
Other Store Manager Duties Include:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
2. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
2. We will consider applications from Area Managers or Regional Managers who want to focus on a single store opportunity.

4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
