Description · The Business Analyst will support the digital transformation team and other workstreams to enhance the effectiveness of the organisation and improve the public sector experience. Key responsibilities include: · Process Analysis: Analyse current processes, gather performance data, and identify areas for improvement. Eliminate duplication, automate tasks, suggest system changes, enhance training, and improve documentation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and align processes with organisational objectives. · Business Requirements Capture: Engage with stakeholders to document and prioritise business requirements, acting as the interface between workstreams, business, and IT/Digital teams. · Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements for complex procurements by engaging with internal stakeholders and shadowing frontline operational roles to gain insight into end-user needs. Profile A successful Business Analyst should have: 12 months experience with Jira or DevOps software Support relative teams/departments with development of new app & website Strong business analysis experience Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of staff Previous experience/knowledge of working with Agile methodologies Degree in IT or equivalent experience Proven track record as a Business Analyst on various projects Skilled in writing process flow documents, project reports, and business cases Experienced in gathering requirements for IT and Digital procurements Job Offer Attractive daily rate of £300 - £350 dependent on experience.
