Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions and databases that support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Build and implement data models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets. Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure the processing, storage, and accessibility of data for analysis. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven software solutions. Leverage modern software tools and frameworks to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance data applications. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide actionable business insights. Use programming languages and data science techniques (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to develop models, scripts, and tools for data processing and analysis. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to integrate data solutions and improve overall business intelligence capabilities. Stay updated on emerging data science technologies and best practices, and continuously improve analytical and software development skills. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines. Experience: At least five (5) years of experience developing software and databases using modern software tools and frameworks. Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and software development. Experience with database management and data warehousing techniques (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL, etc.). Strong background in software engineering practices and familiarity with modern development frameworks. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in presenting data insights to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
