You will be required to resolve queries from third parties including conveyancers as they arise to ensure the best possible customer experience. The role will require you to coach and support colleagues in your own team, as well as across the wider business, using our policy and your industry knowledge. You should be able to communicate your reasoning and decision making process for all cases clearly.
A proactive attitude is desired for this role, as you will be expected to use your initiative to produce solutions to problems as well as working as a part team to resolve complex matters. The team work closely together, both in the office and over Teams, sharing knowledge, skills, and resource.
