About the role
* You will be responsible for nurturing and growing inbound and outbound business relationships with the objective of developing an understanding of a business’s marketing requirements, to educate them on their marketing needs and opportunities, and to determine the viability and success likelihood of their business when aligned with Ruby Digital’s existing and potential products and services.
* You will work directly with the Head of Growth to establish the Growth Division as a world-class market force and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members within the Growth Division as well as the company as a whole.

Responsibilities
* Achieve Growth and new business Growth (Sales) targets by successfully managing assigned inbound leads.
* Educate and guide clients on world-class marketing strategies/solutions for their business objectives.
* Present company profile and present quotes and solutions to potential clients.
* Manage deals in CRM to ensure active flow and eliminate bottleneck and wastages.
* Execute client qualification process and criteria as per Inbound Marketing SOP.
* Execute client onboarding in coordination with Success Division as per Client Onboarding SOP.
* Ensure a solid understanding of the client’s environment, business goals, and best practices and coordinate with the Performance Division to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes.
* Assistance in Growth Division management, including training and development, team management and onboarding, and reporting.
Attributes & Requirements
* Passion for digital marketing and marketing strategy.
* Proven ability to drive Growth (Sales) from plan to close.
* Proven ability to educate and guide clients to best solutions.
* Experience with Growth (Sales) automation software.
Education
Tertiary qualification in marketing AND minimum 3 years’ experience.
