Main duties of the job The Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Eastgate is a new role created for the delivery of high-quality, patient centred care. The successful candidate will work independently and in partnership with the GPs and wider clinical team. Responsibilities include: Diagnosing and managing acute presentations. Working in the ANP role with clinical supervision and support from the team. Conducting thorough assessments and creating tailored care plans. Managing own clinical workload, responding effectively to patient need. As an independent non-medical prescriber: prescribing safe, effective and appropriate medication as defined by current legislative framework.
