Under the guidance of the Technical & Business Support Manager, you will provide essential support and administrative functions to key stakeholders across our portfolio of premises and the School Catering service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development in both Facilities Management and financial administration. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain accurate data within established systems and processes to support Managers and the wider FM function. Proficiency in Excel is essential. Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative duties as directed by the Technical and Business Support Manager and associated peers. Customer Service: Respond to telephone, face-to-face, email, or postal communications, ensuring a customer-focused service for both internal and external stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Interface with other team members and operational staff regarding general matters and service delivery. System Administration: Assist in operating and managing systems such as Oracle, Saffron Finance, Recruitment, and internal databases supporting the needs of the business. Procurement Support: Participate in the purchase and distribution of service-related items and associated documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar finance systems. Proven organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. A proactive approach to learning new systems and embracing change.
