Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless data and document migration into Klea.
•Guide and lead customers on the required legal data elements, ensuring corporate records are properly structured.
•Gather, review, and validate corporate legal data provided by customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Identify inconsistencies and work proactively with customers to resolve defects before integration.
•Lead the onboarding process, guiding customers through data requirements, clearly documenting their needs, and coordinating key milestones to ensure a smooth transition.
•Oversee the full platform setup before Go-Live, ensuring entity structures, compliance workflows, and document repositories are correctly configured and operational.
•Conduct regular discovery and feedback sessions to enhance client satisfaction, assess their use of the Klea platform, and ensure they are maximizing its value. Provide guidance on best practices, encourage adoption of new features, and identify opportunities to upsell clients.
•Provide user training sessions to ensure customers are fully equipped to utilize Klea's features efficiently.
•Guide and lead customers through system updates, new feature adoption, and best practices for legal entity management.
•Work with pre-sales team to establish the likely effort and definition of the project and contribute to the playbook of steps required to transition the customer to live use of Klea.
•Work closely with Sales, Client Delivery, and Product Development to resolve client challenges and optimize the user experience.
•Collect user feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive enhancements to Klea's features.
•Drive onboarding automation projects.
•Maintain high standards of accuracy in processing and updating corporate legal data.
•Provide regular reports on client onboarding progress, adoption trends, and engagement levels.
Travel to offices and client sites may be required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
•5+ years' experience of providing customer success within the business or as a software vendor.
•Excellent problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, a pragmatic approach and the ability to identify multiple options and recommend preferred solutions.
•Excellent and confident interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) to enable effective management of customer expectations in a professional, methodical and mature manner.
•Proven professional proficiency in English (knowledge of German, French or Dutch is a plus).
•Strong technical background or keen interested to learn
•Solid understanding of the business environment in which we operate and eagerness to understand and assess market developments.
•Planning – a proven ability in sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results.
•Process orientated – demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes.
