Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working, passionate individual to take on the role of Teaching Assistant in the Cowbridge area.
No Professional Experience? No Problem!
If you have any experience with Assisted Learning Needs in your personal life, then we would still love to hear from you!
Role Duties:
1. Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis in the classroom and other day to day activities.
2. Create a safe, positive, fun environment in the classroom to instil confidence.
3. Develop a working rapport with the students and Teachers.
4. Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
5. Promote a child-led approach.
6. Work with challenging behaviour.
The working hours will be between Monday – Friday starting at 8:30am & finishing at 3:30pm.
The Ideal Candidate will:

3. Have a passion for helping others.
4. Want to enhance every child’s learning experience.
5. Be comfortable in a school setting.
6. Have a strong motivation to improve their own skills in a learning environment.
