The working hours are Shifts, on a rotational basis:
Monday to Friday
04:45 to 13:15
13:45 to 21:15
20:45 to 05:15
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £13.60 per hr, in addition and extra £2.73 ph when working between 1800-0600

What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Lead a team of warehouse operatives safely, efficiently, and fully compliant with site policies and procedures.
2. supervising the operation, motivate, encourage team to perform to the best of their ability.
3. Understanding the customer’s requirements, updating on customer orders and providing general customer feedback as required.
4. Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve.
5. Contractor calls out as required.
6. Support the investigation of incidents as required.
7. Ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
8. Essential: Previous knowledge of working within a warehouse environment
9. Essential: It’s important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet.
10. Essential: Good knowledge of warehouse management systems & microsoft packages.
11. Essential: Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience of stepping up to cover Supervisory role
12. Essential: Demonstrable experience of meeting customer requirements and meeting objectives/KPI’s that are set.
