Our client, a thriving business based near Portsmouth, offers a new permanent opportunity to join their vibrant team as a PROJECT COORDINATOR. This is an office-based position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
Salary: £30,000

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects.
2. Consistently liaise between different departments to ensure all project elements are aligned and progressing on schedule.
3. Assist in the planning and initiation of project schedules and procedures.
4. Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects.
5. Ensure project activities comply with the project plans and company policies.
6. Communicate with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties.
7. Deal with project queries.
8. Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to plan.
9. Prepare, review, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
10. Identify and resolve any potential issues.
11. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
12. Assist in the close-out of completed projects.
13. Document and send various information relating to the project.

5. Able to meet deadlines.
6. IT Literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM.
