Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants to join a fantastic residential care home. We have both day shift and night shift available. Ideally, you have a level 2 or 3 in health and social care and are looking to progress your career.
The home offers excellent personalised touches including a small number of residents that will be under your care so you can get to know and develop relationships with the residents.
Salary: £24,750 - £32,840 per annum
Hours: 34.5 or 46 hours per week either 3 or 4 days per week over Monday to Sunday
Day shift: 7.30am to 8pm
Night shift: 7.30pm to 8am
Main Duties:
1. Lead and inspire a team of care assistants who deliver exceptional care.
2. Provide personal care to residents with dignity, compassion and respect.
3. Administer medication safely and efficiently.
4. Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and your colleagues.
5. Maintain clear communication to ensure residents' needs are always met.
While an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, we value passion, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents. If you bring dedication, leadership, and a positive attitude, we'll provide the tools and training to help you grow.
