Role Support the procurement team on day-to-day activities including resolving supplier non-conformance, and invoicing queries, new supplier sourcing and tender management, contract management, in line with existing procedures, managing and analysing procurement data. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to guarantee timely and quality deliveries Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, including terms and conditions, service level agreements, and performance metrics. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals, ensuring the procurement function supports overall business objectives Provide support across multiple functions to resolve supply chain queries. Drive project-level tasks and milestones assigned by the project management team. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as disruptions, shortages, or supplier instability. Implement cost-saving initiatives, conduct price negotiations, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize procurement expenditures Ensure that procurement practices adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards, and company policies Knowledge, skills and experience A recent graduate, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. A keen interest in procurement and supply chain management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
