Responsibilities

Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to address feedback-related initiatives.

Monitor industry trends and best practices in customer feedback collection and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer feedback analysis, market research, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
Proficient in using feedback collection tools and data analysis software.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
