About the Role: We are seeking a midweight designer to work across two of our brands, ZIIP and Tria Laser playing a key role in maintaining brand consistency, producing high-quality creative assets, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to bring creative visions to life, working across campaigns, digital content, and retail visuals while partnering closely with marketing and product teams to drive brand growth. •Work with the senior team to develop and execute creative campaigns and digital and wider marketing assets for both brands. •Maintain and evolve each brand’s visual identity, ensuring a strong, engaging and premium aesthetic. •Ensure all assets meet brand, marketing and business objectives while keeping designs innovative and engaging. •Provide creative support where needed for our other brands. •Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure campaign visuals support business goals and drive engagement. •Mentor and guide the Junior Creative, ensuring the quality and consistency of ZIIP and Tria Laser deliverables. Candidate Requirements: •Proven Experience in a similar design role, ideally with a focus on beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products. •Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design and art direction across digital and traditional media. •Fluent in Adobe CC, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and priorities, and work well in collaboration with other creatives as well as on your own •Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members across departments and collaborate on creative projects.
