Requirements of applicant: Relevant qualifications in education or SEND support (desirable but not essential). Experience working with children with special educational needs is an advantage. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEND. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Supporting children's learning, behaviour, and personal development. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create an inclusive classroom environment. Adapting teaching materials and activities to meet individual needs.
