Based in Avonmouth, Plant-Ex ingredients in an international company specialising in the manufacture of Natural Food Ingredient Solutions, supplying across the globe either directly through our own facilities or through a number of selected distribution partners. We specialise in spray drying food colourings and flavours as well as production of liquid food colours, flavours and extracts. Due to an ever-expanding organisation and new additional unit, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will lead and oversee the customer service team, and is responsible for managing all aspects of customer interaction. The Customer service manager will work closely with the Sales, Production and Logistics team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, product quality and on time deliveries. Other duties will include: · Collaborating with the sales team to support business growth · Overseeing the order processing workflow; ensuring accurate and timely order entry, tracking, and delivery · Arranging exports and communicating throughout the process · Responsible for managing a small team of Customer Service Administrators and distribute workload appropriately · Support and mentor the team, ensuring effective performance and their continuous development · Foster a positive, proactive and customer focused work environment that encourages professionalism · Conduct regular performance reviews/one to one meetings and provide feedback to drive employee engagement · Coordinate with the sales, production and logistics departments to ensure product available and on-time delivery · Monitor stock levels and communicate any potential delays or product shortages to customers · Develop in depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively support customers · Handle customer complaints, issues and feedback in a professional and timely manner · Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts and high-priority customers · Communication with customers regarding any issues or delays · Participating in monthly management meetings · Reporting monthly on key performance indicators · Identify trends, opportunities for improvement and implement actions to enhance customer service processes WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU.
