Mentor and develop graduate engineers, apprentices, and production staff in design engineering competencies. Provide technical support to departments such as quality, procurement, and project management, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization. Essential Qualifications and Experience A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). Proven expertise in developing, capturing, and reviewing system-level power requirements. Hands-on experience with power supply magnetics design; familiarity with planar magnetics is a bonus. In-depth knowledge of DC/DC and AC/DC power conversion designs, including topologies, components, control systems, and packaging. Familiarity with EMC/EMI, thermal stress, and environmental challenges in design methodologies. Strong technical writing, presentation, and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
