Business Development Representative – SaaS
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £32,000+ base salary | OTE £60,000+ (uncapped commission)
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through outbound prospecting.
* Engaging with decision-makers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of the company's SaaS solution.
* Booking and scheduling qualified sales meetings for the wider sales team.
* Managing and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads in the CRM system.
* Collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
* Meeting and exceeding targets to unlock uncapped commission potential.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment).
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to outbound sales.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* A results-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a target-based role.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
