An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Support Assistant to join the Business Support team working with Night Security at Holt Court in Birmingham.
This is a busy role, predominantly supporting the Night Security service as well as covering for Careline as needed.
The successful applicant will undertake a range of core administration and financial functions which support the office, using departmental databases and systems as part of daily administrative work which ensures the smooth running of the office.
As part of the role, you will be interacting with customers and liaising with internal/external teams and agencies on a day-to-day basis. Great customer service and administration skills are essential as well as a desire to continue to develop your skills through regular training and other opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who can work in a busy team where deadlines are crucial. You would need to have attention to detail to ensure all enquiries are processed consistently and have the ability to maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection.
