Key Responsibilities as a Digital Strategist

* Develop custom multi-channel strategies that align with clients’ hiring goals and attract both active and passive candidates.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.

About You
You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results through data-driven marketing. You have experience managing senior-level client relationships, translating complex strategies into impactful campaigns, and using insights to optimize performance.
Your experience includes:
* Extensive knowledge of paid media strategies and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to drive ROI and solve recruitment challenges creatively.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
* A collaborative approach to working with teams, ensuring client objectives are consistently met.
* Bonus: Experience with offline channels such as OOH or audio.
