The role of Recruitment Administrator
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Sanctuary Commercial Talent team as a Recruitment Administrator. In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated in-house recruitment team, providing comprehensive support to our Sanctuary Care, Sanctuary Supported Living, and Sanctuary Students operations.
Your role will involve responding to recruitment requests from our care homes and services in an organized and efficient manner. As a team player with a strong customer service focus, you’ll ensure we deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment processes for your assigned candidates, working closely with hiring managers.
* Create and publish job adverts across various platforms.
* Oversee pre-employment activities for successful candidates.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of recruitment processes.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires initiative, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Skills and experiences
We’re looking for an experienced administrator, ideally with a background in recruitment or HR. You’ll bring strong IT skills, including proficiency with databases and MS Office (Outlook, Excel), and a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate records for efficient reporting.
