Responsibilities
:
1. Manage the end-to-end bid process, including prequalification, tender and post-tender clarification stages
2. Work closely with estimating, planning, commercial, design and delivery teams to develop high-quality bid responses
3. Lead storyboard sessions, content planning and bid strategy meetings
4. Ensure bid deliverables align with client requirements and company standards
5. Write and edit technical and non-technical content with a strong client focus
6. Coordinate input from subject matter experts, consultants, and supply chain partners
7. Prepare, maintain and manage bid programmes, trackers and submission deadlines
8. Identify risks, opportunities and added-value offerings that enhance the bid
9. Attend site visits, interviews and client meetings as required
10. Maintain a library of reusable bid materials and project case studies
11. Contribute to continuous improvement of work-winning tools, processes and templates
About You:
12. Proven experience as a Bid Manager within a main contractor or construction consultancy
13. Excellent understanding of the construction tendering process
14. Strong writing, editing and communication skills
15. Organised, methodical and able to work to tight deadlines
16. Confident managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating large bids
17. Degree educated or equivalent industry experience
