We also offer luxury private event services, collaborating with a network of talented freelancers and creative suppliers to deliver high-impact events.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Freelance Events Executive to work directly alongside our founder, Anna-Marie Trzebinski, supporting both AMTEvents and our thriving industry community, The UK Event Professionals Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stage of their event career - someone with experience but a hunger to grow, thrive, and become an integral part of our journey. If you love the fast-paced world of events, have a keen eye for detail, and are bursting with creative energy, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting Anna-Marie with day-to-day business operations
* Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate and luxury private events
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and vendors
* Managing event logistics, schedules, and budgets
* Providing administrative and operational support, including Excel-based tasks
* Helping to grow and manage The UK Event Professionals Community alongside Anna-Marie and the group board
Days & Hours
* Initially 1-2 days a week, with the potential to expand into a full-time role
* Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
* A hybrid role with a mix of office-based work in Hampshire and remote flexibility

Preferred Experience & Skills
* A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident in using Excel and office administration tools
* Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
* Previous experience in corporate events is a bonus but not essential
