Our EMEA Security Services Delivery team is seeking to hire an additional Business Architect to support the pipeline of change impacting the Entitlements Capability function. This role is a client facing role that will work with external asset management companies as well as internal stakeholders such as technology and operations, with the objective of engaging with them to accurately articulate business requirements and understand and solve business problems in order to provide robust and integrated solutions. Additional responsibilities for the role will include : Analysing and translating strategic business plans and outlining industry trends to map out how the business should function and determine capability gaps. Developing and expanding capability strategy by internal development of the existing platform, developing/designing operating models and functional architecture. Providing guidance around business analysis to support the business strategy using modelling methods. Partnering with IT in developing an IT framework/product. Providing vision to project teams, resolving cross domain functional issues and aligning project work to the vision/functional designs provided. Vetting of new intake requests to validate the business case and support prioritisation, funding approval and assess solution options. W orking in close collaboration with the Technical/Solution Architects to complete Architectural review gating process for prioritised projects. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities Carrying out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following qualities: Seasoned multidisciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Prior experience executing strategic change for a business function Demonstrated ability to carry out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues Demonstrated experience liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Excellent communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written Highly flexible and adaptable to change Prior experience in a leadership and/and or organisational change management is a plus.
