Operations Manager - Shared Service Operations
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to lead and manage the shared service operations support for our Home Survey Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing key initiatives, developing new processes, systems, and data-driven approaches that will drive efficiency and support business growth, whilst ensuring the business unit gets necessary focus from shared service support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Business Unit Lead and Heads of Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align operational activities with strategic goals.
2. Conduct analysis to identify operational needs and opportunities for improvement.
3. Coordinate cross-functional activities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth running of the division.
4. Work closely with Project Delivery, Business Analysts, and other departments to establish a programme of improvements.
5. Develop and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
6. Liaise with various departments, including HR, IT, Risk, and Compliance, to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
7. Manage budgets and track expenditure to ensure financial targets are met.
8. Foster a culture of efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
