Role Overview:
We are a leading independent provider of specialist education for vulnerable pupils, and we are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of our students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist teaching staff in preparing learning materials and running classroom activities.
* To provide individual support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous school experience, who is able to think creatively and respond to the diverse needs of our students.
