Brief Description
You will direct and manage the development and implementation of Sentinel operations for the UK rail industry and take the lead in stakeholder relationships management.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities
1. Lead on Sentinel any required activity for the UK rail industry and provide expert advice.
2. Develop, manage and influence effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the UK rail industry.
3. Drive the performance of Sentinel in order to improve efficiency and undertake regular analysis of data to identify and explore trends in performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Manage the Rail Training Assurance Service concession to maintain compliance with Sentinel requirements.
5. Collaborate with rail industry partners to agree on annual financial forecasts, spend, and reconciliation for operational accounts.
6. Effectively manage supplier contracts and service level agreement performance delivery to maintain programme priorities.
7. Manage, report, and present financial information to identify the current usage of Sentinel.
8. Identify and manage improvements to Sentinel and project manage their delivery and document key processes in a clear and standardised way.

* Knowledge of Sentinel
* External stakeholder management at all levels
* Effective communication skills with a proven track record of high-quality written and verbal skills
* Knowledge of/experience in the UK rail industry
