About the Role
The HRBP will work in a generalist capacity across the full employee lifecycle, providing HR support to our UK Operations Teams. The role will work closely with Managers, building relationships, trust and credibility whilst supporting the teams, and integrating the HRBP model. The role will play an active part in the delivery of HR related projects whilst working in a fast paced and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted partner on all HR related matters.
2. Work closely with managers to ensure HR related issues are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner.
3. Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on all employment related matters in accordance with best practice, company policies and procedures and current legislation.
4. Support with M&A's.
5. Lead on all ER cases and ensure all matters are dealt with thoroughly and pragmatically.
6. Ensure policies and procedures are fit for purpose and fully compliant with current UK legislation.
7. Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process.
8. Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
9. Focus on continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes and making recommendations for change to improve service and efficiency.
10. Use appropriate data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans where necessary.
11. Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
12. Support annual Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
13. Support with training plans, coordinate external training, monitor, and deliver training where appropriate.
14. To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.
15. Support with the implementation of Group HR projects.
What We're Looking For
1. Have a proven track record of HR business partnering.
2. Level 5 CIPD qualification or above.
3. Within commutable distance to Coventry and Birmingham.
4. Have worked in a manufacturing or logistics environment dealing with operations teams.
5. Ability to plan & prioritize workload autonomously.
6. Good understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
