We are supporting a family firm of accountants located in Thanet, who are looking to appoint an experienced and highly professional Receptionist/ Secretary.
The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration, with a polished and professional attitude, and create a positive first impression.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch.
Key responsibilities and tasks
* Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
* Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
* Organising diaries
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* File, organise, scan and copy documents in a timely manner
* Typing of client correspondence
* Sending out client correspondence/ emails and other supporting functions
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent administration and typing skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, among others.
* Excellent organisational skills; ability to multi-task.
* Professional and friendly manner as a client-facing role.
* Common-sense approach to problem solving.
* Able to take direction.
