I am working on behalf of one of the UK's leading Domiciliary Care providers; they are a franchise company and this office was their first ever office.
This is a Care Coordinator role to focus on the scheduling of the hours for the care staff, who deliver care to around 70 clients, and you would work alongside another Coordinator.

1. Rota scheduling
2. Support office team
3. Rostering
4. Ensuring clients have continuity of care
Required Competencies:
1. Previous experience in organising rotas is preferable
2. Scheduling within the care sector
3. People person
4. High level of resilience
5. Team player with a passion for high quality care
