Position: Temporary Admin Role (5-month project to start with)
Location: Keypoint, Swindon, SN3 4RY
Rate: £12.37 per hour (subject to potential slight increase)
Working Week: Monday to Friday
Shifts:
* 2x 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
* 2x 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin professional to join our team for a temporary 5-month project to start with. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders through CAIASOFT, the CSF's inventory system, to retrieve books from the warehouse.
* Coordinate with warehouse operators to verify and locate books.
* Manage the scanning process, including setting up the scanner, creating orders, and ensuring all pages are scanned accurately.
* Save and organize scanned files and send them to the relevant department or person.
Requirements:
* Admin Experience: Must have prior experience in an administrative role.
* Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with warehouse operations is essential.
* Computer Literacy: Proficient in using software and handling digital files.
* Handheld Scanner Experience: Comfortable using handheld scanners for inventory management.
* English Proficiency: Good level of English for effective communication.
