If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the Salisbury area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, providing tailored support to students with a variety of needs, helping them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis Assist with classroom management and support the teacher in delivering lessons Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Provide emotional and behavioural support to students where needed Work closely with the SENCO to develop and implement individual learning plans Encourage students' independence and self-confidence What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or within a similar role, ideally supporting students with SEN A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive impact Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach to supporting students in their learning and personal development A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) An enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one Why Join Us?
