36 hours per week.
We are looking to recruit to a joint Child Protection Supervisor/Practice Assessor role within a locality in our Public Health Nursing Service.
The post would also be suitable for a Health Visitor, to then go on to complete the Practice Assessor training with UWE with practical support in the workplace to achieve competency to sign off student SCPHN.

Main duties of the job
You should be motivated, enthusiastic about teaching both individually and in a group up to 15 in size. Also, you will be passionate about both education in the workplace and safeguarding children.
The post holder will have joint responsibility for delivering child protection supervision and supporting SCPHN students within the Public Health Nursing Teams.
Applicants will have experience of working with Child Protection Families. They will be expected to work in partnership across health, social care, education and the voluntary sector to meet the needs of children, young people and their families within the city
This post will be based in West Bridge locality in Plymouth, travel to other locations will be necessary.
This role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route; please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility.
