The main purpose of the role is to provide proactive and efficient support to the Co-Chief Banking Officers and wider team where required. You will work closely with colleagues in the team to drive collaboration and continuous improvement across the team. Also, to provide cover for other Personal Assistants across the Bank during periods of leave, as well as providing reception cover on an ad hoc rota basis where required. You will work with the Co-Chief Banking Officers and the wider team to support them with diary management and engagement with stakeholders internally and externally, keeping them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. You will act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues the team is working on, keeping the Co-Chief Banking Officers updated of any changes in schedules and anticipate their needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders and provide the "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Co-Chief Banking Officers and the wider business, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility and trust. You will facilitate the effective leadership of the team by assisting with special projects which may include designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations and maintain consistent and open communications with the team, providing information and documents as needed. To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience of providing PA support to multiple people (Managing Director or C suite level). You will have exceptional knowledge and experience of Microsoft office along with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
