Description
Reporting direct to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust people services operation to the broader business.
You will be an experienced generalist HR practitioner with a full HR toolkit in:
1. Employee Relations casework
2. Restructures and TUPE
3. Performance management - coaching and upskilling of line leaders
4. Employee engagement
5. Policy and procedure
6. Learning and development
7. HRIS usage and maintenance
Profile
The successful applicant will ideally have demonstrable experience from an education and/or multi-site operation in an advisory role.
Job Offer
A salary up to £36,500.
Hybrid working (1 day per week from home).
