Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the supervision of experienced teachers
* Support students in their learning and development
* Assess and evaluate student progress
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Understanding of educational principles and practices
* Ability to engage with students effectively
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with children or young adults
This role involves working in a classroom environment with students of varying ages and abilities. The working hours are full-time, and flexibility may be required to attend staff meetings and training sessions.
