Office Administrator
Our established and popular client based on the outskirts of Shifnal is looking for an administrator to ensure the smooth running of our main office and all the activities associated.
You will be preparing monthly invoicing details and complete invoicing process, collecting hours from all staff who create client output, chasing staff for receipts and matching to company credit card bills, pulling together all invoices from suppliers, sending out client invoices, and updating internal files and spreadsheets.
In addition, you will be managing and sourcing and procurement/booking of, hotel room, event venues, corporate gifts/clothing, stationery, toner cartridges, royal mail stock (mail tags, mail sacks) Ensure best rates and payment terms are secured, providing quotation to clients when requested to do so by Directors or management team, open post and manage contents, take outgoing post to post box or post office, arrange couriers for outgoing parcels and looking after visitors to the offices with refreshments and organising lunch when required.
Ideal Candidate

• Excellent understanding of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• A understanding of SAGE 50 Accounts would be an advantage

Hours
28 Hours to 32 Hours per week
3 Full Days and to include a Friday
Salary
£16,656 - £19,036 per annum
