Sales Director | Labels | Northern Home Counties | £80k - £95k plus OTE

Their expertise covers multiple sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and more, addressing the specific needs of each industry. They offer an extensive array of labelling solutions, including custom design, printing, and finishing services.
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
* Spearheading the sales team, sourcing and developing new business for a range of label solutions
* Managing and nurturing the sales team, managing performance and KPIs
* Managing full sales cycles, dealing with customers in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, beverage sectors in addition to building new markets such as industrial
* Devising and implementing strategy for winning new contractual business
* Building links within the group from sales and marketing, linking to sales strategy and managing external resource
Key attributes required:
* Current experience developing new business within the labels industry
* Proven sales leadership experience
* First class knowledge and demonstrable experience of developing and implementing a strategy for new contractual business and profitable sales growth
* Excellent client relationship building skills
* Skill to liaise at senior level with customers and colleagues
* Ability to be on site 3 times a month
