As an Office Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of Office Services at Tidworth and Bulford Garrison. This includes Line Management of Post Room, Reprographics and Reception in several buildings across both garrisons.
Significant experience in the successful management of diverse operational teams is an important factor to being successful in this role. And you should be an excellent communicator, particularly in a customer focused environment, with proven experience of delivering tasks in a timely manner.
You should be the kind of person that starts to think of the solutions before others even see the problems and must be able to stay focused and work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation and the company’s ‘Safety First’ value.
This role is unique because you’ll be supervising teams across various locations, you will still have full contact and support from a manager who will provide you with everything you need to be great at your job.
And you’ll also get access to continued training to help further develop your skills, so that when you’re ready to move your career to the next level, you’ll be prepared.

Ready to join the team?
You should hold GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, hold a full UK driving licence, have extensive experience in the supervision of office-based teams with excellent communication skills and experience in all Microsoft packages. You must also be able to achieve SC level of security clearance.
Salary: up to £34,500 depending on experience
Location: Tidworth and Bulford
