Who We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants with a proven track record of supporting learning.
* Passionate individuals who can adapt to different schools and confidently assist in delivering engaging lessons.
* Experience working with children with SEN, EAL, or behavioural challenges is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
