About the role
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following.
* Manage the sales cycle from following up on qualified data and leads through to closing customers.
* Develop, manage, and fulfil a sales pipeline.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within target customers.
* Collaborate effectively with the wider team on targeted campaigns.
* Attend regular team coaching and training sessions.
* The role benefits from a worldclass back-office team that delivers high-quality data to support the sales function's success.
* Present solutions to customers in an informative and professional manner.
* Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with the right information inputted at each stage of the sales process.
* Attend industry and networking events.

* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* The company are open to applications from other targeted sales environments such as Retail Sales, B2B Sales or B2C sales.
What’s on offer?
* A basic salary of £35,000.
* A monthly commission scheme with a quarterly bonus. Achievable OTE around £8,000 - £20,000.
