Our client is a leading global retail/fashion brand continuously looking to enhance the quality of the customer experience. They have an exciting new role for a Designer within their creative studio. You will work within the design team, supplying concepts, design, and artworks across multiple projects.
Key Accountabilities
1. The role will work on multiple print design projects including B2B and B2C media.
2. BTL adaptation of the ATL campaign for in-centre POS, window vinyls, branding, guidelines, presentations & exhibitions.
3. Working with our internal graphic design team and external lead advertising agency.
4. To take approved concepts through to final deliverables.
5. To be confident in supplying print-ready artworks for all of the above.
6. Following brand guidelines as needed within the design process.
7. Generating creative design for a multitude of marketing needs, ensuring delivery of the business objectives are achieved.
8. To research, develop and present these ideas for discussion/approval.
9. To support the business by producing impactful business presentations.
10. Supporting the wider graphic design team as needed on further design/artworking needs.
11. To be a contact between the agencies and the regional teams, seeking out information and assets as needed to support the design.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Previous Graphic Design experience in the industry.
2. Good understanding of the print production process.
3. Excellent artworking skills.
4. Proficient in creative suite applications – Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Acrobat.
5. Confident creative.
6. Commercial approach to design.
7. Demonstrating excellent typography skills.
8. Confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues within the business.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Ability to prioritise several projects at a time and to time-manage these to conclusion.
11. Good team-working skills.
12. Personable, with initiative and happy to work in a small team.
13. Adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges and deadlines.
14. Good communication skills with the ability to put ideas across to internal team members and external suppliers.
